At AA Cars Cardiff we have launched our new business with only one thing in mind, customer experience. We believe that making a customer feel welcome, safe and having the ability to make a decision in a non-pressurised environment is key to the success of our family run business. That is why we have set up our office in a new secure, modern, heated and air conditioned office, just outside Cardiff. Here you will be greeted by Matt, the business owner, given the time and space to make an informed decision on your next car purchase. We advise calling, emailing or messaging us ahead of your journey to AA Cars Cardiff, this is to ensure that the vehicle of interest is located at our sales office before arriving. All of our stock is stored in our indoor preparation centre, which is located 4 minutes away. Not contacted us before arrival? No problem, we will show you to our reception area, provide a hot drink free of charge, and one of our sales team will fetch the car from our prep centre.
